Last Sunday, as you may have seen on Facebook, we went to a Spanish outdoor restaurant, Ibérica La Terraza, really close to where we live here in London, most specifically Canary Wharf. I have to say it was one of the best finds this summer in London (I can’t wait to check their other restaurants in town). Perfect for the sunniest of the days, it serves tapas al fresco and reminds us of Madrid’s terrace culture. Needless to say, it’s highly recommended and perfect for a weekend brunch (It’s normally a bit over-packed during the week, though). For those who love a fresh Spanish jamón and tapas, that’s the way to go. It literally feels like you are on holidays somewhere far from London.
For the warm day out I wore my new high-waisted ripped trousers with this flower print blouse that I couldn’t wait to use. The good thing about the high-waist trend is that we can use a shorter (or crop) crop top and not necessarily feel naked #knowwhatImean? (just be sure to find piece that fits you well – I have tried some that looked horrible #momentoftruth). And the heels, ah the heels – I have been so in love with these. They feel so summery, yet so urban, perfect to wear every day.

As you might have seen on our social media, we had a very quick weekend in the coutryside last week to celebrate our niece’s First Communion! So good to be surrounded with family every now and again. #wishitwasmoreoften
Sophia was looking gorgeous in her dress from New York and I wore this maxi, leopard print dress. Maxis are the way to go to look amazing in the summer, don’t you think? I accessorized it with a ‘bracelet-like ring’ from Forever 21, as well as my latest addiction, the Accessorize flower clutch. Like it?
Do you remember when I posted my modest black skirt with the orange bar look (see here). After seeing Emma Stone on a similar Maison Valentino dress earlier this year, it was the it-girl Olivia Palermo to go for it at this week’s Valentino show at the PFW Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2015.

As you may have seen on Instagram, it was my hubby’s graduation this week! And there couldn’t be a more beautiful day to celebrate. The ceremony was at the Royal Festival Hall, located in one of London’s most beautiful landmarks, Southbank.
There is not enough words to say how proud I am of him. Only foreigners coming to London barely speaking English like we did at first know the sense of achievement we are feeling right now, having both graduated here!
As opposed to Brazil’s big Balls for the occasion, in London the ceremony took place on a Wednesday morning (how odd, huh?), and we enjoyed the beautiful day to celebrate by the river!
I wore this Dorothy Perkins pink dress, which I fell for at first sight. Then I decided to keep the look to the pastel colours, which are so trendy right now, and think it worked pretty well with the oversized blue blazer – don’t you think? The orange of the sandals was to break it a bit and add a bit of colour o the rest!
