Hey peeps, as you must have noticed, we’ve been on holidays for a few days now, hence why I’ve been a bit lot absent here (please forgive me – not only the internet was really hard to get hold off in a few of the places, but also my site went down for a few days & I didn’t even realise it wasn’t due to the slow connection on the way! Argh…. ). At least I am back online with (almost) full force (I will still be away enjoying the last bits of Geneva until tomorrow) & have had a very enjoyable & relaxing holiday. Keep checking our Instagram for updates on the trip – I will try to post as much as I can as I go and will tell you more details when we come back! .
Anyway, back to this post’s purpose, do you remember I had promised to post our little stylista’s look in the countryside these days? So here it is. You won’t believe how passionate Sophia is about fashion (and about the blog #blessher #howcuteisshe? ). She is the one who normally chooses her outfits (amazing for a 8-year-old, isn’t it?) – obviously with help of her mum and the rest of the family!
So here is the total trendy look she wore for our day out in Brignorth (with pink/pastel tones, lace & print leggings, what else would you ask for?).
Did you Iike it? Please let us know! I am sure she would love to hear from you .
Hey peeps, the Look of the Day is to hopefully inspire you for a lovely spring weekend. The total white has been one of the latest trends (going way beyond the New Year’s outfits as we, Brazilians, normally tend to think) & is very street chic – wearable for various occasions. To break the pale colour, I used this River Islandorange bag from their latest Spring/Summer 2014 Collection (remember when I posted the details here?). I hope you like the photos, taken in this beautiful Park Crescent scenario (located in front of Regent’s Park entrance here in London.

Yes, that’s right! At the beggining I wasn’t too sure about this trend, but have seen so many good ideas lately (socks colours complementing the sandals tones, mix of shoes & socks prints, etc., all of them adding an extra ‘street chic’ detail to the look) that I am seriously thinking of having a go. The trend was a hit among fashionistas during London Fashion Week earlier this year, as seen in many street style pics (no wonder why, since you can hardly expose your toes in a city that is cold most of the year!). My question is: would it be a hit in hotter places such as Brazil?
P.S.: How beautiful is this look?
A few more ideas for the de combination (by Elle UK)…
Chanel, Saint Laurent & Eudon Choi were among the renowned designers who foresaw the socks trend within their Spring/Summer 2014 Collections.

In addition, designers of the likes of DKNY continued to bet on the trend for the following Winter as seen on this year’s Fashion Week in the North hemisphere – the option for the coldest season is to leave socks to show even when using boots.

Would you adhere to the trend? I promise I will post around here, should I wear it myself!
